Privacy Policy

At LevityLifts, we are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our website (https://levitylifts.com/) and any related services, sales, marketing, or events (collectively referred to as the “Services”). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use our website and services.

This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to the LevityLifts website (“the Site”) owned and operated by LevityLifts (“LevityLifts” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We have created this Privacy Policy to tell you what information the Site collects, how we use that information, and who we will share that information with, if at all. This Privacy Policy does not address the privacy practices of any third parties that we do not own, control, or with whom we are affiliated. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy will have the meaning set forth in our Terms of Use. By visiting and/or using the Site, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Use. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy, and to use the information it contains to help you make informed decisions.

1. HIPAA COMPLIANCE

Your privacy and confidentiality are important to us. Our privacy policy strives to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect across the Site and abides by the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information (“Privacy Rule”) established in HIPAA. We collect information for appointments and consultations with AestheticsPro, a medical software that is secure and HIPAA Cloud Compliant.

The Privacy Rule standards in HIPAA address the use and disclosure of individuals’ health information—called “protected health information” by organizations subject to the Privacy Rule—called “covered entities,” as well as standards for individuals’ privacy rights to understand and control how their health information is used. Within HHS, the Office for Civil Rights (“OCR”) has responsibility for implementing and enforcing the Privacy Rule with respect to voluntary compliance activities and civil money penalties. A major goal of the Privacy Rule is to assure that individuals’ health information is properly protected while allowing the flow of health information needed to provide and promote high-quality health care and to protect the public’s health and well-being. This is a summary of key elements of the Privacy Rule and not a complete or comprehensive guide to compliance. To review the entire Rule itself, and for other additional helpful information about how it applies, see the OCR website: www.hhs.gov/ocr/hipaa.
